NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held by Bucyrus City Council on Monday, Jan. 13, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 500 S. Sandusky Ave. The Bucyrus City Council’s Platting Committee is considering amending Section 1157.02 of the Bucyrus Zoning Code, entitled “Official Zoning District Map,” to re-designate the properties at 1815 and 1825 E. Mansfield St. from the General Business District (GB) to the Limited Industrial/Commercial District (LIC).
Residents may express their opinions about these proposed zoning changes in one of two ways: (1) by appearing at the public hearing on Jan. 13, where they will have an opportunity to present their opinions; or (2) by submitting a letter addressed to Landyn Hill, Zoning Administrator, City of Bucyrus, 500 S. Sandusky Ave., Bucyrus, Ohio 44820. The letter must be received prior to the public hearing so it can be entered into the official record during the hearing.
